FPPA Retirees (including Medicare eligible household members of an FPPA retiree) wishing to enroll in UHC for either or both of the plans listed.
AARP Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan
Contact HUB International at (303) 893-0300 for information and/or to enroll.
- When calling, it is important that you request to be enrolled in the Fire and Police Pension Association Medicare Supplement Plan Group #941.
- Once enrolled, no further action is required.
- Your premium will be deducted from your FPPA retirement benefit and paid to UnitedHealthCare.

- When calling, it is important that you request to be enrolled in the Fire and Police Pension Association Medicare RX Plan Group #472.
- Once enrolled, no further action is required.
- Your premium will be deducted from your FPPA retirement benefit and paid to UnitedHealthCare.
